Fixturing base plate designed for direct mounting on the granite table of CRYSTA-Apex V 9106/9108. The base plate provides multiple possibilities for fixing fixtures and direct construction of jigs on the CMM. It is equipped with fixing threads M6 in a 25mm / 50mm grid to directly position and build up fixtures. The base plate is designed to perfectly match the Mitutoyo eco-fix clamping system and also for fixing aids such as chucks, positioning angles or the like. In addition, threads M8 are used to attach CMM accessories such as Measuring balls or stylus rack which are located in the edge area on the base plates. Besides the wide area base for fixturing, it also protects the valuable granite base of the CMM.
